At TIA's Place, we are all about supporting youth, in that effort, we offer transitioning care baskets as a resource. These baskets/boxes are available and free to youth/young adults that are entering into or exiting out of the Foster Care System. These baskets/boxes will be available to agencies that receive referrals for placement. The agency can either call to place an order or fill out the form below. The baskets/boxes will be delivered within 24 hours of the youth being placed. 

 

You will find an order form below that will allow you to order a transitioning care box or basket (baskets are for the females and boxes are for the males). Each basket/box is gender-specific (intended for teens age 16 & Up) and season-specific.  All details are included in the order form below.
